1. Who you're contracting with
By using lifeintheuk-tests.uk you are entering into an agreement with SC QWERTYBIT SRL (RO38120209), Constantin Vodă 16, Bucharest, Romania.
2. What we provide
lifeintheuk-tests.uk is an independent study platform offering practice tests, training tools and cheat sheets for the UK Life in the UK citizenship test. We are not affiliated with the Home Office, UK Visas and Immigration, or HM Government. The official test must be booked directly at gov.uk.
Our questions are written in the format and style of Life in the United Kingdom: A Guide for New Residents (3rd edition) and reviewed continually by a community of recent passers. We make our best effort to keep them accurate but cannot guarantee that any specific question will appear on your official test.
3. Accounts
You must be 18 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure. One account per person — sharing accounts or reselling access is not permitted.
4. Payment, refunds and the “no questions asked” guarantee
- The premium upgrade is a one-time payment of £9.99. There is no subscription and no auto-renewal.
- Payment is processed by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS.
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, in line with EU consumer rights — just email office@qwertybit.com.
- By starting a paid test you agree that the digital content is delivered immediately and your statutory right to withdraw may not apply once you've consumed significant content; in practice we honour refund requests anyway within the 14-day window.
5. Acceptable use
You may not: scrape, mirror or republish our questions; share your account; attempt to break or probe our systems; or use the site for anything illegal. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
6. Our content
All practice questions, explanations, memory tips, cheat sheets and design assets are © SC QWERTYBIT SRL, all rights reserved. Quotations from the official handbook are used under fair-dealing for study and review purposes; the handbook itself remains Crown copyright.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide the service “as is” and make no guarantee that you'll pass the official test. To the maximum extent permitted by law our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
9. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
